With it, your Virtual Private Server will be included in our custom–made server monitoring system, which will keep track of all the key tasks. And in case of a service crash, our sysadmins will be alerted instantly and they will fix the trouble as quickly as possible.

Weekly Backups

Keeping a backup of your hosted content is obligatory – one never knows when something can go wrong. And having ordered the Optional Admin Services offer, you will enjoy weekly backups of your whole VPS, not just of your data, without you being required to set up and configure anything. Furthermore the backups will be retained on a server with a group of RAID–configured hard drives. In other words, your hosted content will always be safe and sound, irrespective of what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

When using a VPS Hosting Plan, you will have absolute freedom to install any kind of script or service on your it. However, certain scripts are more difficult to install and may require some additional setup from you. This is when our Optional Admin Services offer can help you out. It includes thirty minutes of installation & troubleshooting procedures – which means you can literally employ one of our expert server administrators for thirty minutes and have him assist you with the installation of any software app whatsoever that you desire. Alternatively have him rectify an issue that you’re experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Admin Services solution is bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Hosting Plans and it is an optional feature with our KVM VPS Hosting Plans.
